With Heartfelt Gratitude

Every year I have this child-like anticipation waiting for the “day” to arrive. I’ve learned not to say that nothing can beat the previous year for creativity because I’ve been proven wrong every time. This year was no exception. It was day memories are made of. EXTRAORDINARY.

Thank you to my judges who offer their time and expertise to carefully assess the age group they are assigned to. This generous gift is incalculable.

Every kind and encouraging word from friends & strangers alike warms my heart and soothes my soul.

To my own family who help with the flyer design each year, carry 150 boxes of chalk up from the basement, help set up at 6am, help break down after the awards ceremony, clean up and return supplies to the basement, countless other chores….and listen to me, ad nauseum, asking if the weather will be good and generally, talk me off the cliff daily deserve all my gratefulness.

God is great. All the time. Whatever strength and ability I have comes from Him. With gratitude for perfect weather, family, support, friends, artists....God is great! God bless America!
